The price depends on the pest, property, extent of activity and the visits required. Get in touch to discuss your situation. Any inspection fee, treatment price and included follow-up visits will be agreed before you proceed.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Yes. Terry’s Pest Solutions operates during evenings and weekends, with appointments arranged directly. Availability is confirmed when you enquire.
Can you help landlords and letting agents?
Yes. Enquiries are welcome from landlords and letting agents for pest inspections, treatments and proofing at rented properties. Please provide the property location and relevant access details when arranging a visit.
What if I have children or pets?
Mention children and pets before your appointment. The treatment plan and any precautions will be explained, including preparation, access restrictions or re-entry instructions where relevant. Follow the instructions provided for your specific treatment.
Do you offer regular visits for cafés and businesses?
Yes. Planned pest monitoring and service contracts can be discussed for cafés and other commercial premises. The pests covered, visit frequency, reporting and fees are agreed for each business.
Should I do anything before an inspection?
